Lcbo not striking
Crisis averted. For all of you living in Ontario, and were aware that the LCBO was considering a strike before the May 24 Long weekend -- do not worry. They cancelled the strike, and you will all still be able to buy your liquor for your long weekend plans. Meanwhile I had already stocked up on Wednesday and spent close to $100 on booze. Oh well. I heard from somewhere that within this week (from everyone stocking up before the long weekend), that sales increased 150%. Crazy.
