nah... u shouldn't
1. They had it in KMS, but it might be different in GMS because dual blades were only available for a while, unlike in GMS.
2. Chaos is not until around June, or July. Thats about 2-3 months from now. I doubt somebody would wanna wait 2-3 months to use a skill.

Why do some say this? It isn't confirmed. And kms got them since DBs got removed and got back again. Don't post things without any proof
