Need Phantom Blow really bad
So I've been searching the FM for over a week in windia, using my owl multiple times a day and spamming for a good few hours and... Nothing. I know this should probably be in listings, but I'm desperate for this book. If anyone has one, SoK'd or not, please tell me. I can't SoK it, but if you do, I'll make it worth it. Anyone?
