Ultimate game card issues?
Okay, so today I purchased a $20 UGC. Last time I bought one was... uh May 2012? It only allowed me to draw 10k instead of 20 and says "This card has already been used." Is there any possible way for me to redeem the last 10k or am I royally screwed?

What twilightpho said, you need to make an Ultimatepay account (at Ultimatepay's website) with the same email you used for the code, because that email of yours now has 1000 ultimatepay points to redeem. After you do that, go to PayByCash again and click the little login button at the top, login to your Ultimatepay account and redeem your points.
