Resolution issues?
First off, I've been away for the last 10 months and I know a bunch of people would tell me to leave again. Kinda contemplating that, but I'm off subject. Yeah, so... I'm having a game problem on my desktop PC. The strange thing about it is... it's a problem only ON my desktop. The problem is that only the TOP half of weapons/armors shows. In other words, I can't see the potential or the stats unless I'm on my laptop (Extremely slow, very difficult to log on to MS with. 2 GB RAM, can only handle transfers...) Is anyone else having this problem or does anyone have a solution? Thanks for any help you can offer me. Oh, and already tried reinstalling and that did nothing.

To reduce clutter, so when you hover over the item(s) it won't be so long. You know that even if you have short tooltip on, you can still view the stats by right clicking.

go to your game settings and turn off tooltips
