Papulatus- Crack of Dimension
So I started to do the Papulatus quests and when I finished, I got the Crack of Dimension and proceeded to defeat Papulatus. The day after that, I exactly timed myself from when I got my last Crack of Dimension (yesterday) and it has been 24 hours since I got my summoning piece, but the NPC does not have a quest for me to obtain my Crack of Dimension.
Anyone know what is going on?

Try clicking the npc, sometimes it does not have the light bulb on his head.
