I saw a 3L legendary potential clean specs for 2.5b that had around 10% to 12% stats.
The ones you posted have attack, which is why it's worth around one that's legendary potential.

I would so buy that spec if you were in scania. About 2-2.5 bil? The pot itself is about 1.5-2bil. So with the attack, it kinda makes it 2.2-2.5bil
