Stuck at Phantom cutscene

For some reason during the phantom cutscene where hes in a room, it walks to the left and gets stuck there. Anyone know how to fix this issue?

BTW this is also happening to my Jett during the NLC alien quests. I entered a map and a cutscene appeared, and my jett just kept walking to the right and got stuck.

So yeah, 2 of my characters are stuck
