Nope, it's considered 2H.
Anything you can't equip a shield with is considered 2H.

Claws are 2H. One for the Claw and Stars, the other for a free hand to do w/e. xD
Honestly, not really anything.
I don't think ANYONE would really spend anything more than a regular 50% 2hand, albeit the extremely rich guys who buy it for the extra stats. I doubt you'll get more than 100m though :l
I'm thinking that they've probably been hit pretty hard by the 2-Hand pink scroll exploitation thing, so probably a lot less than they used to be, which used to be around 1b in Windia.
Seen some in shops for about 440 mil, but I can't tell for sure if that's normal since they were all unsold. xD
