What to upgrade with 3b?
Hey, wondering what I should upgrade on my AB with 3b, I currently have:
Clean RA set
Clean Reinforced Belt and Pendant
9% Earring
15% Tempest Ring
2 Evo Rings
Clean Shark Tooth Cape
Should I work on scrolling my RA set? If so, with which scrolls? Thanks for the help!

scroll and potential CRA set, badge, Pendants, secondary weapon. These are the equips that can increase range the most
I'd suggest getting a full CRA set, including a weapon. After that try to follow your friends to Gollux and eventually save up to get the Gollux rings, earrings and pendants.
70% spell trace your weapon, if you haven't already. It should be cheaper to get a new weapon than it is to innocence, so aim for at least ~6/8 or so. Star Force to 12 stars.
Start working to replace your earring with a Reinforced earring, and perfect it with Gollux scrolls. Same goes for the pendant and belt.
Get a Reinforced ring from farming Gollux coins and perfect that with Gollux scrolls as well. Star Force all of the Gollux gears (once perfect) to 10/12 stars.
Epic potential the weapon, and start trying to cube it to Unique (cube drops, crafting, NX cubes).
Epic pot your secondary and try to get that to Unique.
If you just want to scroll your RA set with something (so you can Star Force), use 70%'s or 100%'s, and don't worry about how many pass and Star Force to 10/12 stars each.
Get a cheap Tyrant cape (preferably already 5 stars, since if YMCK is as dead as Bellonova you can get a 5 starred one for around 1b) if you can afford one, at the end.
You could also farm Easy/Normal Magnus for Nova boots/capes.
