How do people make "perfect" weapons?
What are "perfect" weapons?
Also, should I 60% scroll my Targa hat(Luk) for dex? I'm a level 101 Chief Bandit.

or you can perfect a VIP, which is much better.

there are three types of "perfect" weapons, first is using GM scrolls on all slots, since they give the effect of 10% scrolls at a 100% rate.
second is perfecting using 20% scrolls, this yields a lot more attack.
third is using 10%'s and WS, because you are a pirate and nexon hates you
People are lucky with scrolls, and think the items are perfect. Which they arent.
