@lettucing: I remember you saying you were working like two jobs or such, so I was just curious. I hope owning two of them doesn't pull you down!
i do! :< buying a car is a one time purchase and they're pretty cheap cars (but i kinda paid a lot), but now the only thing is i gotta pay insurance on 2 cars which is really only an extra $20/mo. i had the convertible registered as a collector for a one time fee of $300 so i don't have to pay $75 every year, just gotta hope it lasts 3 years to be worth it! lol.
oh ya and i lived with my parents when i bought them so it wasn't like i had a lot of other stuff to spend my money on. luckily i found an upper duplex rental unit with plenty of parking in the back, and the landlord lets me use the single car attached garage in the basement for storage during the winter for no cost! which is a pretty sweet deal imo! i love my apartment.
why do you have two cars, if I may ask?
cause i have so much money i don't know what to spend it on. so when one car breaks, i can use the other one, if it's not winter. because one is a parts car. jk.
i love geo metros.
2000 chevrolet metro hatch
1993 geo metro convertible
both beasts with 1.0L 3 cylinder 55 horsepower engines. 5spd manual transmissions. no power steering 'cause you don't need that. no cruise control or power locks/doors/windows either. convertible has a/c but it doesn't work (srsly it's a vert though so nbd); it also has a tachometer and intermittent wipers which the hatch lacks, because this is a luxury model LOL.
used to be a '94 E420
sister was driving, some dude t-boned/totalled it

I have a 2007 Lexus IS 250. Not the quickest of cars but it is nice as hell to drive
'92 Toyota Camry, don't really care about the horsepower... and it's burgundy (like an off red). Been driving it since I got my permit when I was 15 1/2, back in 2004. Going to upgrade to something newer soon though, because my car has seen better days lol. Oddly enough I was one of the only two people that drove in senior year of high school, no one else had their licenses yet.
I drive a 2005 BMW x3
I didn't get my permit/license until senior year..and boy was prom awkward for having to ask my friends to give my date and I a ride, LOL.
2007 Nissan Sentra and it's like a green-blue-grey color.
2013 Tesla Model S
Just kidding, I can't get a permit until I'm 18 because it would be cheaper, according to my parents.
04 saturn vue

When I get on the gas, the front end goes up and you slide back into your seat and it feel great. (Woot woot bad suspension)
Flintstones car, up to 8 feet power, granite interior
2009 Black Audi A5 3.2L turbo 265hp. It has the full package with the premium leather seats, bang and olufsen sound system, and so on.
'98 Saturn station wagon. It might not look very pretty on the outside, but the trunk is the perfect size for my subs.
99 toyota corolla CE. yall rich as hell lol
2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited
I've had a 2000 Hyundai Sonata for five years. The little guy's still going strong and I'll drive him until he can't drive no more.

duh 2003 Mercedes ML320

2005 accord coupe V6 6 spd fully loaded
@fradddd: all i can do is present you with options
@fun2killu: I do take the bus and I'm the only junior on there. Sometimes I walk home. I would still rather have my own car. I don't think you can argue against a teenage boy wanting his own car.
@fradddd: You don't know if you won't, lol.
Sir, i got my licence when i was 16. I did not have a car until i graduated HS. I know very well of your problems .
take the bus or ask a co-worker for a ride ( just split the gas )
@fradddd: i love it how you need to conform to your "classmates"
foo, it aint' even gonna matter. You will look back and these moments and laugh at how much time and energy you wasted on something pointless.
No I won't. I'd rather have something to do than not. You know how con-freakin'-venient a car is to have? It would make dating easier, tasks easier, appointments easier.
BESIDES the conforming and all that, I have a job, which currently my Dad has to drive me to every time I have to go. That sucks for both of us.

foo, it aint' even gonna matter. You will look back and these moments and laugh at how much time and energy you wasted on something pointless.
@fun2killu: I hate being one of the 10 juniors and seniors who doesn't drive somewhere for lunch.
And this semester I have an extra long lunch EVERY DAY because of off periods, and none of my friends have the off periods with me, so I'm stuck doing pretty much nothing for nearly 3 hours. At my school.
@plenair I know someone who got their license suspended for 6 months after like 2 weeks after getting it lol
I'm gonna say this also. I live in the 7th richest county in the U.S., but I know I'm still low-middle-class, but I still find it amazing that out of the 93% of juniors and senior who have cars, 60% of those cars probably costed over $6,000. I don't know why but it amazes me.
i drive a 97 honda civic and i sometimes drive the 04 mitsubishi montero
@plenair, my permit expired and i had to retake the test again. so youre not alone
@fradddd: its annoying cuz ya gotta drop everything u was doing and waste 20-30 mins of yo life.
unless you live far, i don't know why u would wanna drive to school. mann, da traffic after school is horrible ( atleast at my school. u gotta wait like 30 mins )
I'm at university now, so nothing.
When I'm at home, I drive a 2005 Honda Accord. 160hp (when new)
my ride is your dad
& then yo parents constently as you to do their errands
If you like driving then who cares...
Unfortunately for me, my parents didn't take me to get my PERMIT until after I turned 16. I was supposed to get it when I turned 15. So now I have to hold my freakin' permit for my entire junior year, and not have a car while at least 90% of everyone else does.
#firstworldproblems
Should probably go out and get my license..
& then yo parents constently as you to do their errands
Should probably go out and get my license..
those are nice!
