Kaisers are pretty easy to fund and they can easily become very OP. If you have 3b to fund, though, I suggest you try Kaiser. As for mobility, Kaisers have over-average mobility.

kaiser, focus on an overpowered weapon and spam kaiser majesty/final form for 30%att, and catalyze for 20%att
lumi. int is back to being cheap. reflection is insanely op, especially after hypers.
This question honestly gets asked everyday, and the answers not going to change. Kaiser is one of the easiest classes to go with when you have no funds.
Corsairs aren't too bad.
I'm pretty sure Buccs would seem decent too.
Maybe an ice lightning mage?
