The "old" guide has an updated section at the very bottom, under "Post-Tempest Skill Build"

Just don't max the following:
1st job (Sin-Dit) - Double Stab.
1st job (Normal) - Lucky Seven.
2nd job - Savage Blow.
3rd job - Dark Flare.
4th job, you'll be able to max everything including all the skills above if you choose so.
