Keep or No
I got a unique Battle Mage secondary for only 2 lines of 9 percent magic attack. Keep or no? I have approximately 6 Master Craftman and Meister Cubes each. [Reboot] Should I try for legendary?

I say keep unless you have enough to get a ton of black cubes. Buy black cubes and aim for legendary.
Keep it. That isn't bad at all.
Keep it, and work on other equipment instead for now; when you decide to cube your secondary again, use Black Cubes instead (much higher chance of tier up, you get to keep your good potential if it 'fails').
