How ignore Pdr Works now

So i was wondering how the current ignore pdr system works.
i understand that its multiplicative, but how does it work out?
like would having 60% ignore pdr with 2 30% ignore pdr lines be better since its multiplicative or would 4 15% ignore pdr lines be better
and would lines on the same item, say a weapon with 30%ignore pdr*2, be additive or multiplicative?

very simple, say u have 30% pdr, that means you ignore 30% of dmg if u get hit so if u normally get hit by 999, then with the 30% ignore, you'll take approx take 699 dmg

The former is better.

1 - (0.7) * (0.7) = 51% PDR
1 - (0.85) * (0.85) * (0.85) * (0.85) = 47.779% PDR

Lines are multiplicative on the same item (includes Bonus Potential, and Nebulite).

Iirc, 30x2>15x4, and all lines are multiplicative, regardless of whether they're on the same item or not. Hope I helped.
