Nexon Id isnt registered

I had an account with an email that I no longer use, so I did the email changing process and my account is now under a new email address. I've been playing normally on this account for a few months now, but recently it says "Nexon ID isn't registered". I'm 100% sure it is the correct email because I have the Nexon messages all under this email (the ones for the email and password changes). My characters are still on the rankings as well, and I'm pretty confused, kinda just want to know if anyone else experienced this. Anyone know what might be happening?

I go that too... Just log onto another account and the try to log back into that "ID RESTRICT" Account or Restart your computer and it should work fine.

I don't really know, since my characters haven't changed since then. And I don't have any people who play with me in-game or irl who would even know my info, unless someone hacked my email, which I find unlikely. I've read another thread about it once but there were no answers. I'd like to contact Nexon, but I can't log into this account to do so..

One of my mule accounts got that message a long time ago even though the ID was correct, so i went to the official website. I could log in there, but it just needed me to verify my account/email or something like that. I've had no problems since then.

I've tried the website, and it didn't work, so I tried to change the password and see if it'd send the link to my email. I never got it, and I've tried a few times. It's really strange. My old email has been deleted, unfortunately, and they still wouldn't work since the email change was permanent. The thing that confuses me is the account has been working under my new email for so long. Dunno why it's acting up suddenly. Thanks for the suggestions though
