Any thoughts on this laptop?
Right now I'm looking at [url=http://www.xoticpc.com/asus-g53jwa3-republic-gamers-gaming-laptop-p-2930.html]this[/url], the ASUS G53JW-A3. Seems to be the best I can get in that price range (and that's really as high as I want to go), and I can't find a better price from any other reseller. I won't be using Windows, but even accounting for the Windows tax, I can't find anything better. Does anyone have any advice or know anyone that will ship laptops without an OS besides Sager?

It's a shame so few companies are willing to ship without an OS. It almost makes me feel bad buying a laptop knowing ninety of my dollars will go to Microsoft.
I'm really considering that Lenovo you linked to now. It's a step down on just about everything, but for $400 dollars less I probably wouldn't notice the difference.
