I'm quite shocked that you have almost 1m range with that many epic items, what are your pot on these? Just 6% or are they 9% LUK?

May be too much to ask, but could you specify your total atk and %LUK in the 2nd pic?

I don't know if this helps but at around 900-1k attack and around 200 %LUK, I'm around 600k range in [url=http://i.imgur.com/u8zr49A.png?1]this[/url] picture. Granted, I have all damage increasing link skills, and only around 28 %Att. I barely reach 1m range now in [url=http://i.imgur.com/LYWBztP.png]this[/url] picture.

You want to focus on balancing %luk, %att, and attack. Having disproportional amounts of one stat won't give you the greatest increase in range. For the longest time, I had a problem of having too much %Luk but not enough attack. After I started working on %att and attack, my range shot up very high.

%att is crazy. Try to aim for 15%+ on your weapon, secondary, and emblem. (don't forget about %boss/pdr too)
