This may have been answered before so i apologize but why are ch 5-8 down in scania?

If I'm not mistaken, some places, like Azwan and Monster Park, automatically change your channel accordingly to your char's level. For example, levels 40~69 will be sent to channel 3 when entering Monster Park.
It just might happen that your corresponding channel isn't available.
Cuz nexon don't feel like doing something the past 3 days.
