Any high level starforce map gives over 30k exp each
Mp3 in Singapore is a pretty good map with great spawn.
Bains map in showa, right before bga/bgb/grandpa. It's a flat map, and star force is voided there, so you don't need any stars.

Besides dipq,Ht/Zak/Mp3 Only other decent place to train would be RnJ, just make sure you got a kanna/HS
