I'd change the nx into mesos and buy the perm nx stuff with those mesos
I'd go for the perm stuff first, skin/eye/hair/colors. Pick ones that you like most.
Phantom overall package?
Change the eyes?
Mmmaybe change the eyes.. And on the new items page theres like a wand thingy that goes over your actual weapon.
