2 star enhancement scroll
So after I finished silent crusade and received the 2-star ee scroll, I tried to use it on my weapon but it wouldn't work. The weapon is a reverse aeas hand, max level, hammered once and had 5 stars on it. Does it only work on items that have not been enhanced yet? Or is it something else?

it can only be used if the weapon has not been enhanced yet.

Im pretty sure it only works with items with no enhancements
Works only on non-enhanced equips.
