If it doesnt work for you. Do the mouth clicking harder. Dont breathe. For pressure put your hand on your mouth and pretend blowing a candle out. dont let the pressure go to the back of your mouth because it will sting. Unpuff your cheeks, wait 1 second whisper ahh very slowly.

Try looking up solid breath on youtube. Took me come time to get it.
All that accomplished was getting spit on my screen.
OT: Hmm. I don't know the official name but the one where you take this plastic case with a clear sliding thing in the middle and you stab it without breaking the clear part. I'll find it, 1 sec.

Dont let the pressured air reach the back of you mouth. Pretend your blowing out a candle with your mouth closed. Whisper ahhh very lightly when your done pressuring the air(Not too fast though). Wait 1 second then let it out. Circular mouth is best. Dont breathe. Put your fist on your mouth when pressuring. If you feel the tingling in the back of your cheeks then your letting the air move to the back.
Takes practice.
Double lift.
