Pinky hurting when i play guitar

I mean unite jeez im dumb.
n e way guies.
my pinky hurts when i play guitar solos and such and all 4 of those boney tendon things on the back of my hand hurt too, should i see a doctor, i crack my knuckles heaps too if thats the prob. when this happens my left hand cant move as fast as it should be

edit; it hurts on the top of the first knuckle in my pancky fanger.

Yo girl just practise practise practise! Personally I've never exp'd pinky pain as you describe, but really just get that dexterity up, don't tense up, wrist positioning helps

Keep practicing, after a few weeks you'll get used to using pinkie, without pain, getting sore, etc.

Assuming you're right handed, you'll develop calluses on the tips of the fingers on your left hand and if you don't use a pick, your right hand also
