You get it from a quest that involves killing Krexel. You need to do some prequests first but they don't take that long and you only need to do it once, not everyday.

You have to do these prequests first, and I believe you have to be lvl 150 first?

By 182, you should've maxed all of your skills already (maybe not MW).
You can train at HoH or Dimension PQ.
You can get 7.5m every 24 hours by killing Krexel in Singapore. You can also kill it on other characters if you need more mesos.
