You trade nebs. For example an item worth 4b, you'll get 1.3b and 1 all stat neb.
you could have them trade you part of the money and some valuable items, like perm NX or such, then give it back along with the item you're selling when they give you the rest of the mesos.

Really? There's no collateral or anything? Oh wow. That's going to make things somewhat difficult.
