How hard is it to find a good m.atk 14 shield in Bera?
So yeah, title pretty much says all. I've been looking for a few days but the only one I wanted to buy was sold just before I got my money...so is it usually very hard to find or is this just a recent dry spell?
edit: the title is supposed to say (14 m.atk+) as an example.
