does battle maison cheat ?

Okay okay, I know what you'll all say, "BATTLE MAISON DUSNT CHEET U LOSAR! UR JUST BAD @ POKEMANZ"

But once I hit the 20's on super singles:
-I send out perfect IV, perfect EV mega gengar
-AI sends out gallade
-I use shadow ball (STAB + spooky plate + super effective)
-gallade doesnt faint, and OHKO's me
-I send out garchomp (again, perf IVs and EVs) and get rid of gallade
-AI sends out porygon 2
-I use swords dance
-Porygon 2 uses ice beam and OHKOs garchomp.
-I send out rotom and use hydro pump
-Porygon 2 uses ice beam
-rotom is frozen
-another ice beam
-still frozen
-one more ice beam
-ded ! I lose ! wow !

So, is this just a weird coincidence, or is it true that the AI generates pokemon and moves that are specific to your pokemon? And.... Really? Ice Beam tho?

You're just not experienced enough. You should've known Porygon 2 is capable of learning ice beam and avoid setting up SD while chomp is in. Also, always have a bulky pokemon in your team. A wall or staller would work because after 50 wins, you'll see a bunch of legendaries.

100 straight winner here.

You just need a better strategy, perfect IVs and good EVs will only get you an advantage, not a huge advantage.
And if you have trouble getting past 20, an alternative is doing the Battle Institute in Lumiose City.
They're fairly quick (first battle is basically freebie) if you can sweep and if you do good you can get like 14 BP.

Max I been in Super Single is 21.
So I am with you on this.
But I think the point is to make it harder since the BP you get is increased.

Also I see you don't have a fire Pokemon. Always have a fire Pokemon.

The pokemon that they have will usually run the same set each time, so you can sort of predict what move they will be using next.

Good that the NPC's are programmed to be smart =P
Otherwise be way too easy.
Tho running choice anything wrecks most stuff in there.

u'll have better luck doing double battles.
but honestly, you have some issues with hold items... ur calling it MegaGengar and you include a spooky plate in your math?
When did megavolution become permanent?

while you waste turns upping stats, the trainer will wipe you.
If your pokemon die too easily from 1x attacks... there's definitely something wrong with your EV distribution.
I'd laugh if u were going spatk+att

Gallade actually has alot of sp.def. If it's ev trained for that or probably even hp, i think it would survive a shadow ball.
