Is it possible to untie your belly button
I was playing around with mine for fun & then I remembered that when I was younger my mom told me if I did that too much the contents of my stomach would spill out... </3
So yeah, is it safe for me to play with my belly button cause at the moment I find this really fun

I'm not an outty but even as an inny it looks kinda tied in.
It is true that if you "break" the "knot" that some of your internal organs will fall out, and you'll loose a considerable amount of blood with a slight chance of death if you don't get rushed to the emergency room immediately, but other wise you'll be fine.
It's your body you can play with it anyway you want to... (end sarcasm), AKA don't mess with your belly button.

Your bellybutton isn't a shoelace; it can't be untied. It's been healed shut at birth, not tied. Ever heard of an umbilical cord?
