When to cap Ranger Str?

Currently at level 100 with 63 (base) + 42 STR (105 Total), wearing a Nisrock at the moment.

What level should I cap my STR at for competitive damage output.

Lol, okay.

Not that funded 23 STR but still getting by?

._. This is the last time I make a character without researching properly.

Thanks, I will keep my STR where it is and base it at 63 until and if I happen to find a shiner bow, if not I'll just stick with my Nisrock and possibly find/buy a nicely scrolled one with hidden potential or whatever.

I was more concerned if my my damage was sub-par though.

Currently hitting 20K crits with inferno, which seems a little low for a level 100.
Then again I can't say I've seen any Bowman hit a huge amount.[/quote]

Obviously a brain was not in arm's reach when you answered the question, but thanks anyway Chut.

@Laz would you still recommend 23 to someone who doesn't have a lot of funding?
Oh, I'm also not going to buy like 30 AP resets to fix up a stat, I'm sure I can cap it sooner and still be on par with rangers my level (assuming they are not STRless)

@OP When I said 'competitive' I did not say #1, I just meant on-par with other rangers around my level that are not (obviously) STRless.

Still open to more ideas.
