Runs are free, helms are depending on the nx ratio.

If you were in Broa I would have got you a Zhelm for free.

You could probably find someone to take you on a run for free

@valkyr: Most people will take you on runs for free. Zhelms from the fm generally cost around 100-150 mil because they have to pay for the karma.

When I used to host runs, I used to charge an Eye of Fire for the summoning, but that's about it. The entire loot was free. Get a few friends, a passerby to help you.

I usually give runs for free, they just need to use their EoF. I do usually ask for a "donation" for the gingers I use, and I get like 5~10m most of the time.

Nx via scissors is probably the best way to go by selling zhelms or scar/tag.
Also, runs aren't free all the time.

Don't bother paying for a zrun since there's alot of people that would just give you a zrun for free.
zakum is really weak now alot of people including myself can solo in under 20minutes. and even if your not able to solo in under 20minutes if you get together a few people on a run its easily manageable.

If anyone in scania needs a normal Zakum helm, they're welcome to chat me in-game. I do free runs.
Only requirement is that you did the pre-quests.

Helms in windia average from 110~180mil (depending usually on pot/stats). never seen it below 100. Runs are usually 10mil if its one of those arranged things but usually like most people said, donate an EoF or contribute and you may get in free. Looting rules may prohibit your free looting desires however and acquiring exactly what you want isn't
"free" persay, without connections or the ability to solo/duo zakum.

Z-runs are usually free, so long as you have completed the pre-quests.

Helms; 50-100 mill.

I get free runs, my brother's friends helped me do the prequest at lvl 56. And i get free runs from anyone who is kind. I just use my eye of fire as a way of payment.

if you have a guild or buddies then free, haven't seen anyone pay for a run in months, probably years.

Runs are definitely cheaper due to not having to use NX to make it trade-able
