Dexless or Low Dex Sin?
I read somewhere that DEXless sins eventually go Low DEX or something, and low DEX eventually becomes better than DEXless.
Thoughts, and where to cap DEX for lowDEX?

i have a lvl 136 dual blade, base dex 25, but with equips, i have 140ish

People with at least half a functioning brain
depends on your funding. and dexless going low-dex is for pre-bigbang due to lack of secondary second stat accessories. now, even unfunded person like me can equip a craven or a sleeve with 4 base dex.
Every class should be secondary stat-less.
