Well, they want to "ease" this into Maple. They can focus on classes that no one will play after Tempest (ergo the Tempest Characters, but I'm sticking with my Kaiser) so that they can perfect (or try to) the hyper skills for other classes.

What is with people saying it's slow? There was a 1 month gap between each new batch of hypers in KMS. GMS is right on track in that regard.
