Well befor tempest, i bought a 128 Att for 650mill. Put in shop for 750 and someone bought it. I was so happy, until i realized the price inflated in 1day. I kept looking and looking, and finally found a 126 Att for 850mill. I hammered it and got it to 3l rare. Put in shop for 1.7 bill and someone offer 1.3. So there you go. This is in kradias alliance btw

I've seen 127 atk Baselards sold for 1.3bil, so anywhere around there.
