Problem Changing IGN
I'm having problems changing the IGN of my demon slayer. Other characters seem to work just fine, but whenever I try to change my demon slayer's name, nothing happens. I don't get the coupon and I don't lose any nx; also, the buttons in the cash shop don't seem to work, except for the Exit button.
Is anybody else having similar problems?

@endurance: It's not inappropriate, and I haven't been banned before. I admit my internet is not the best, but I've attempted this name change multiple times during the day, and I've been able change the IGN of another character just fine. This only seems to be happening on my demon slayer for whatever reason.
1. cant choose a innappropriate name
2. your account, or the name your choosing cant have been banned in the past
3. you lagging, relog or something
@juubee: If you don't count the failed attempts then no, I haven't changed my demon slayer's name before. I guess the best thing to do is just contact support like you said.
Have u ever changed ign on that char before?
Might want to try emailing cust support or live chat.
@traitor: Nah, it's my own nx. And the name can't have been taken, since it wouldn't pass the check that it makes me do before hitting OK.

Might be one of those options. Other than that I'm not quite sure.
I don't think your name won't change until the next maintenance. That doesn't seem to be your issue though.
@camarodriver: It lets me enter my PIC and choose a name. After I check the name and hit OK, nothing happens.
