Just wondering if anyone in Windia has made a perfect empress whip with +8atk scrolls and is willing to sell. Also can anyone P/C a perfected +8atk empress whip with 8 stars (217atk) ; epic 3L potential and 3L bonus potential? Thanks.

From the compensation event! Some people had heaps of safety scrolls and red coins and scrolled many perfect weapons & hearts.
