How to scroll Lionheart Gear

So, I don't have any of the Lionheart Gear, but I am debating how I should scroll it. I was initially going to go for all STR, however my friend told me that in order t hav ea better range I also need good attack. Should I be scrolling things for attack to get the best possible multiplier? I could then just work on %STR potential. Or should I work on scrolling for straight STR?
