How to get to Azwan

Is the azwan party quest here yet because i've been searching everywhere and cant find it help
1 thing i know is that its in Ariant

I would like to know too.

E: I heard I need to talk to Tigun in Ariant, but all he says is about his masculine beard. I don't have the option in the Dimensional Mirror either.
