Level 17 Ring
Is the level 17 ring permanent? All it says on the website is that it will become tradeable and that's pretty much it. I just want to know if it is worth my time.

All rings that reach level 17 become tradeable. Any ring level 0-16 is untradeable.
The ring currently doesn't expire. I doubt they would add an expiration tag on it once it is tradable.
