Defense Ignore vs Armor Reduced
I'm sorry if this is sounds like a stupid question but I was just wondering they are the same thing. They are, right?
Is ignoring 15% of the enemies defense the same as reducing the enemies defense by 15%?
If it isn't the same how much of a difference is it?
