Funding a mage with Nx only
Sorry, accidentally posted the thread in the I/L section, remove that thanks.
I plan on making an I/L mage when the new server opens up, this means that I won't be able to buy anything in terms of %int and ele staffs.
I'm probably buying Nx for the rest of my mesos on Windia which will get enough Nx for ALOT of cubes, what I would like to know is how you mages would've done this. I know that alot of the top tier mages cubed their gear by themselves, I'm basically asking for a funding guide, what items do I get first, which ones are most worth cubimg etc etc.
How would you guys do it? Let's start with 200-300k NX, what would you do with that amount of NX, without any equips from FM?

@Green4EVER: Yeah well as I said I'm not aiming for max damage or anything for now, I just want to max out my damage and make it as high as possible for the time being, No need for empress gear, just a 30k range or so.

I will be getting a Czak as fast as possible, it will be one of the first things I cube if I don't find any item to cube before that. HTP and CHTP will be a later achievement.

So the only thing I really wanted to clear up was, can I just get any robe that is 78+ and cube it? I don't want to be really pro or anything, Just hit like 100-300k per line with C/L. 300k is if I'm really lucky [/quote]
Anything 78+ is third tier which is obviously what you should be aiming for. If you can just hold out for Empress stuff to hit the market. I assume it will be pretty expensive though since there will be a limited supply of it and it will probably be a few months until anyone is even able to kill the instructors. A level 108 or Reverse robe would probably be the way to go. Those shouldn't be very rare at all.

You're kinda screwed on rings since the server won't have any of the Evolving Rings and the only event ring atm is the Gratias Ring.
Cape, any level 75+ will do just fine.
Shoe, any that comes with 1+ base M.Att will do just fine. Chaos it to your liking before cubing though.
Glove... the server won't have an abundance of 60% Glove M.Att like every other server has right now so you can't really do much with that. Maybe hold off on that for a bit until people start going to Gachapon and bringing 30% Glove M.Att into the market and then use those to mass scroll level 80+ gloves.
Overall, any level 78+ Overall would probably work. Don't cube the first one you find though.
Scrolling before cubing is always ideal since you won't have Clean Slates at your disposal (the ones from the Renegades Shop aren't exactly farmable unless you enjoy making noob characters over and over and over).

PQ items (Kenta's Goggles and Escape PQ Belts mainly) will be your friend. PQing in general is a decent way to level up anyway.
