Need help with nexon ticket urgent

so my account was hacked and all of my characters were deleted last year at October and I submit a ticket about it. I didn't check my ticket for a while and when i checked today, it was closed by GMZandalis. GMZandalis asked me to submit another ticket within 7 days for further compromise. But I have reached over the 7 day limit.... will I have to wait another 3 months? </3

Details: When logging in to my account today, I found out that every single characters are gone. I am very disappointed, and I wish to be able to retrieve characters and all items,mesos as well as nx.

I'm very sorry to hear that your account was compromised a while back. I can imagine how frustrating this issue must be for you, and we apologize it took this long to get to your ticket.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to assist you with this issue. Please understand that as time goes on, it becomes harder to get to the truth of the matter, and so at this date it is simply not possible to determine if your account was compromised so long ago. Should your account ever be compromised again, please submit a ticket within 7 days and we'll get to it right away.

If you have not done so yet, please run a virus and spyware scan in order to make sure that there are no malicious programs or keyloggers installed. Once you've scanned your computer, I suggest that you change the password to your account for added security. Please refer to our Security FAQ for further details on how to avoid getting "hacked" or scammed. You can find this valuable information here:

If you think about it, Nexon can't really do anything if you have no evidence, and because they didn't see to the ticket early enough. If nexon started to hand out NX at every ticket that reported the person was hacked, then everyone would pretend that it happened to them to get NX off of nexon. It's too risky for Nexon and the GMs to shovel out NX and gifts to everyone who reports, because of the lack of evidence and their slow ass ticket answering rate.

maybe they just tired of all the BS tickets they get.
I would resend the ticket, saying due to personal issues I was unable to check my maplestory ticket status for a long time. Maybe they will be kind and give u some NX as compensation.

Dude I got the same thing too! I lost everything and they said that you have to send ticket in 7 day time period. I too had all my character deleted except those I don't even play anymore. I simply thought that it was impossible to make Nexon actually compensate us because Nx is really stubborn.

Well I worded my ticket out carefully and got 25k compensation for being hacked
I still lost a lot more...
Better than nothing....
I guess I can't complain

That sucks man. Did you at least get anything for compensation?
When I got hacked and submitted a ticket, they gave me 25k nx as compensation.
