My skills' maxed level is 10. ._.

As the title says, my skills' maxed level is 10. Only my 4th job skills are, though.

Whenever I try to add my SP into my Chain Lightning (it's level 12, but it says level 10).

......is this ur first lvl 120, if it is then u should buy mastery books. Mastery books increase the skill level
