You're wrong. The buff will stay active no matter what equip you're using. The skill will just disappear from your skill book when you unequip the Decent Skill equip.

People seriously need to realize that you can do this, and that it's more beneficial to do. I have 4 equips that contain 6 different Decent Skills and having them on equips like this means I can save lines for % Int on my main equips. Wasting a line on a main equip for a Decent Skill is stupid.
1. SE nebs are not 4b in Scania, they're 800m average price. 2. These are tradable SE gloves that you can switch back and forth with. 3. Decent skills glitched before the patch were wiped, due to the key config wipe.
well decent skills that were glitched right before the patch didnt get deleted but now unless someone found a new way to glitch them again is not available
