How hard is it to cube inner ability?

I know getting a higher tier is a pain since it can downgrade, but pot wise.
Say my inn ability is already legendary and I wanted a mixture of %boss dmg and LUK, would this be as difficult as cubing for a good bonus potential?

Thanks in advance.

Ouch, I was hoping for 20% boss damage + 30 LUK or so.
Guess I should just go for the %boss dmg.

@Viork: I have heard very few cases of people using inner ability circulators a lot... Most of the people I know just stop once they get buff duration or crit rate at unique. I'm just saying, be prepared to sink 50k+ NX into getting something you want.

This was the only part I'm looking for, but does anyone have a sure answer?
I thought bonus pot would be as easy as normal pot, but man, that one is harsh. ;_;

Once your ability is legendary, it will not go down as the only means of altering it is buying a miraculous circulator from the CS.
