Which shoes are better?

Currently preparing to make a mage and I have 2 options for shoes.
Would a 38 w.atk w/ 15% all stats be better or a 7 m.atk w/ 12% int be better?

The 7 M.ATK 12% INT is better.

@Viork: A PuAC is equal to maybe a 3/4% INT cape so 21% is a lot better.

Also, I have a 21% int cape atm, scrolled with 8 dex.
How does this compare to a PuAC?

Get the 12% shoes. Don't scroll it with chaos scrolls, it might backfire...

Keep the 15% ones for another character.

Alrighty, thanks.
I just wasn't so sure since I haven't had a mage since pre-BB era.
Which was when 1 int = 1 m.atk.
I plan on keeping them as is or finishing with armor for int 60%.
Also does m.atk do a lot for mages?

Unless your going to continue scrolling them with m/chaos scrolls(which could easily backfire and ruin those shoes and you can kiss your 2 bil goodbye) I would go ahead and stick with the 15% all stat shoes.
Dark Neli.
They have 7 m.atk and 2 slots, unhammered.

Wut? He said 15% all stats.
OT: assuming you have both shoes..try them both on and see which one raises your range higher. Though in my opinion the 15% all stat is very appealing. That means 15% to int and luk.
Well, no. A friend of mine is selling the shoes for 2b. The int ones that is.
I have the 38 att w/ 15% all stats.

Well, knowing fully well that the 38 weapon attack is completely useless, and 3% int isn't that much of a change, I'd do the 7 magic 12% int shoes.
