Are obtainable equips that are also in the Cs worth much?
Items like the transparent claw, black electric guitar, and cupid's bow.
Not looking for a P/C, just wondering if people actually desire these items.

I personally desire them. Only if they're items that I can equip.
I sold a Blazing sword for 7m, a Flaming Marshmellow for 10m, and a Transparent Claw for 20m.
I once saw an under average Guitar sold for 30m and a Slime stick sold for 50m.
So yes, people do buy them. But you should sell these novelty items when the demand reflects it. For example, people were able to sell 2-handed Rock/Paper/Scissor weapons and Guitars when Kaiser came out.
