So Im a DA... I bought a HB neb... And the skill only gives me 40% MP... I xfer to my drk and gives 40% HP/MP
did they change it? when?

I honestly don't know why it doesn't work for you, I just logged on my DA and tried to buff in all kinds of order and Decent HB still applied and gave me more HP.
It probably doesn't stack with something. Some people buff HB before other buffs so they don't notice it not stacking.

I just looked on my decent-HB skill description on my DS (has hp + df bars, no mp)
and it says +40% mp.
but when I cast it, I get hp gains.

I xfer the pants to another warrior and now its says it gives HP and MP
soooo well I currently have 140k hp clean, use the skill and...Nothing

Well I don't know if you're trolling or just plain don't know but I'm going to give yo the benefit of the doubt. You probably read the description wrong or maybe nexon put in another typo into the game but an hb neb is supposed to add 40% hp and mp. The thing is Demon Avengers don't have mp so it's only supposed to scale for hp for us. Now then, if it looks like the amount boosted does not look nearly around 40% increase, note that the hp percentage multiplier works off your base hp, not your buffed hp or any percent increases. And that is why it is improbable to aim for 500k hp unless u have so much money to spend, it's practically falling out of your deep pockets.

An extra 40% of no MP is still no MP... so it's doing its job just fine. But does it boost your HP by the amount it's supposed to?
...and why would you give a Dark Knight a Decent HB Nebulite to test when they have the actual better version of Hyper Body?
it adds to your base HP, like @imshocute said.
so all of your hp% potential, all of your passive hp%, and active hp%, card bonuses, link skills, are all not factored into HB's 60%, and dHB's 40%
and @vitalknight, how are you even seeing your 40% MP gain on a DA?
it adds to base hp, so are you calculating it correctly?
Because demon avengers only have HP I though?
DAs don't even have mp?
