Does all servers have self-proclaimed king or whatever?
First person i saw on forum was Ibn something, he self-proclaimed he is Scania's "King"
Next is iVolcomized, calling himself, King of Khaini.
And now I see zawg, self-proclaimed "God of Bera"
After seeing all these people, I've wondered.
Does all servers have these self proclaimed "Ruler"?

I would describe Hefferheffer as the King of Windia, but that's not a self-proclaimed title. He is very much the king. He used to sell Zakum helmets for 50m each, and you would give him your acc info and he would go on with his guild and kill Zakum for you. He would've been given access to hundreds of different accounts. He's been one of the most trusted and profitable merchants Windia has had since Windia was first created. Anyone who has been in Windia as long as I have knows that he is absolutely the king.
There are no kings, just kids with money.

No one person can be the top person or whatever title they slap on, whether it be King, Queen, Prince, Princess, Duke, Duchess, Baron, Baroness, Ruler, Boss, Lord, Lady, etc.
I believe the only way for someone to be the top person of any server is if they have received recognition and respect from the general public of that server or all servers in a positive way. We all know of players in the past who became iconic solely because they were who they were and earned their place through hard work and determination.
The top persons are always those we look up to and strive to become.

I remember I was trading with this xenon in Bellocan.
I was trying to buy a xenon whip from him, and i gave him a bad offer.
He follows by responding "Are you serious? Do you know who I am? I'm Solacy, you've probably seen me around in Henesys".
He doesn't claim he's king and he did apologize in the end, but i thought his response was pretty cocky and overconfident.
